🫓 10-Minute Garlic Flatbreads
These soft, buttery garlic flatbreads are quick, simple, and perfect with almost any meal. No yeast and ready in about 10 minutes!
🧾 Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¾ cup plain yogurt (or milk)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Garlic Butter Topping
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Pinch of salt

Mix the dough
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add wet ingredients
Add yogurt and olive oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Knead briefly
Knead for about 1–2 minutes until smooth.
Divide and roll
Divide dough into 6 small balls and roll each into a thin circle.
Cook
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden spots appear.
Add garlic butter
Mix melted butter with garlic and parsley, then brush over the hot flatbreads.
