Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients
1 piece fresh ginger root (about 3–5 cm)
1 liter water
Juice of ½ lemon (optional) 🍋
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
Wash and slice the ginger into thin pieces. You can also grate it for stronger flavor.
Boil the water in a small pot.
Add the ginger slices and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain into a cup or bottle.
Add lemon juice and honey if you like.
How to Drink
Drink 1 cup in the morning on an empty stomach.
You can drink 2–3 cups per day.
Extra Fat-Burning Tip
For a stronger version, add:
½ teaspoon cinnamon or
A few slices of lemon or
A pinch of turmeric
