🍳 Honey Garlic Ham Skillet
Ingredients
8–10 slices deli ham
1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions
Instructions
Heat the pan
Melt butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the garlic
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the ham
Lay the ham slices in the pan and cook 1–2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
Make the glaze
Drizzle in the honey and soy sauce, then sprinkle black pepper.
Glaze the ham
Flip the ham slices so they get coated in the sauce and cook another 1–2 minutes.
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley or green onions and serve with eggs, rice, or toast.
