4-Ingredient Creamy Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
2 cups pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)
1 can (10.5 oz / ~300 g) cream of chicken soup
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan over medium heat, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, and cream of chicken soup.
Stir well and cook for about 3–4 minutes until everything is hot and creamy.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and stir until melted and smooth.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Optional (but tasty) extras
A pinch of black pepper or garlic powder
Frozen peas or broccoli
A little milk if you want the sauce thinner
