Pineapple Lemonade
Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
½–¾ cup sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
3 cups cold water
1 cup ice cubes
Lemon slices and pineapple wedges (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
Blend the pineapple: Add the pineapple chunks and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional): If you want a smoother drink, strain the pineapple juice through a fine mesh strainer.
Mix the lemonade: In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, sugar (or honey), and the remaining 2 cups of water.
Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
Serve: Pour over ice and garnish with lemon slices or pineapple wedges.
Optional Add-Ins
A few mint leaves for a cooling flavor
Sparkling water instead of regular water for a fizzy version
A pinch of ginger for a spicy twist
