🥔 Slow Cooker Sunday Scalloped Potatoes (4 Ingredients)
A super simple, creamy side dish that cooks slowly while you relax. Perfect for Sunday dinners, holidays, or whenever you want comforting potatoes with almost no effort.
🧾 Ingredients (4)
4–5 russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) condensed cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.
Layer the potatoes
Place a layer of sliced potatoes on the bottom.
Add sauce and cheese
In a bowl, mix the condensed soup and milk. Spoon some over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Repeat layers
Continue layering potatoes, soup mixture, and cheese until everything is used.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.
Serve
Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving so the sauce thickens.
