🥔 Crispy 3-Ingredient Potato Pancakes
🧾 Ingredients:
2–3 large potatoes
1 egg
Salt (to taste)

Grate the potatoes
Peel (optional) and grate the potatoes using a box grater.
Remove excess moisture
Place the grated potatoes in a clean towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible. This is the secret to crispiness!
Mix
In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes with the egg and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
Cook
Heat a thin layer of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Scoop small portions of the mixture into the pan and flatten them into thin pancakes.
Fry until crispy
Cook for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
