🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower
🛒 Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower head (cut into florets)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (smoked if you have it)
½ tsp turmeric (optional, for color & flavor)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional, for heat)
👨🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prep the cauliflower
Wash and dry the florets very well (this helps them crisp up).
Season
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with:
Olive oil
Cornstarch
Garlic powder, paprika, turmeric
Salt, pepper, chili flakes
Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Arrange for roasting
Spread florets in a single layer (don’t overcrowd—this is key for crispiness!).
Roast
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until:
Golden brown
Crispy on the edges
Optional finishing touch
Squeeze fresh lemon juice 🍋
