🥣 Ingredients:
3 large eggs (separated)
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar (optional, helps fluffiness)
Pinch of salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate eggs
Put egg whites in one bowl
Put yolks in another
Mix yolks + cream cheese
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Whip egg whites
Add cream of tartar + salt, then beat until stiff peaks form (very fluffy).
Fold gently
Carefully fold the yolk mixture into the whites. Don’t overmix—keep it airy.
Shape & bake
Spoon into small rounds on the tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden.
