☁️ Cloud Cake (Blender Recipe)
🥚 Ingredients:
4 large eggs (separated: yolks & whites)
3 tbsp cream cheese (softened)
1–2 tbsp sweetener (sugar, honey, or any preferred)
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
🥣 Instructions:
Separate eggs
Put egg whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
Blend the base
In a blender, add:
egg yolks
cream cheese
sweetener
vanilla
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Whip the whites
In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with salt + baking powder until stiff peaks form (very fluffy).
Combine gently
Fold the blended mixture into the whipped egg whites slowly.
👉 Don’t mix too hard or it will lose fluffiness.
Bake
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F)
Pour into a lined pan
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden
Cool & serve
Let it cool before removing—this helps it stay airy.

For a sweeter dessert, add a bit more sugar or drizzle honey on top
For a savory version, skip sweetener and add herbs or cheese
Texture should be light, fluffy, and slightly sponge-like
