Gentle Ginger–Lemon Warm Drink
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
2–3 thin slices of fresh ginger (or a pinch of powdered ginger)
Juice of ½ lemon
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
How to make it:
Add ginger to warm water and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
Add lemon juice.
Stir in honey if you want it a bit sweet.
Drink slowly, especially after dinner.
