🌿 Ginger & Clove Tea
🧾 Ingredients:
1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 2–3 cm), sliced or grated
4–5 whole cloves
2 cups (500 ml) water
1–2 teaspoons honey (optional)
A little lemon juice (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the ginger and cloves.
Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a cup.
Add honey or lemon if you like.
