🍗 Slow Cooker Butter Chicken (4 Ingredients)
🛒 Ingredients:
500–700 g diced chicken (breast or thighs)
3 tbsp melted butter
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup cream (or half-and-half)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
(Optional for extra flavor: paprika, Italian herbs, or a squeeze of lemon)
👩🍳 Instructions:
Prep the chicken
Place the diced raw chicken into your slow cooker.
Add flavor
Pour the melted butter over the chicken.
Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the cream
Add the cream on top and gently mix everything together.
Cook
Low: 5–6 hours
High: 2.5–3 hours
Finish & serve
Stir before serving. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
