🧀 Slow Cooker Swiss Chicken
🥣 Ingredients
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4–6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (300–400 g) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1 cup stuffing mix (like dry herb stuffing)
2 tbsp melted butter
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the slow cooker
Lightly grease the inside or spray with oil.
Add the chicken
Place the raw chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
Layer the cheese
Put Swiss cheese slices directly on top of each chicken breast.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk.
Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken and cheese.
Add stuffing topping
Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over everything.
Finish with butter
Drizzle melted butter on top of the stuffing.
Cook
Low: 6–7 hours
High: 3–4 hours
