✅ Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
A handful of spinach (fresh)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: squeeze of lemon juice

Boil or scramble the eggs (your choice).
Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix in Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice.
Add the chia seeds and stir well.
