🧄🍗 Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine Alfredo
🛒 Ingredients
For the chicken:
2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
For the pasta & sauce:
250 g linguine (or any pasta)
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper (to taste)
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook the pasta
Boil salted water and cook linguine according to package instructions.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside. - Season & cook chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil + butter in a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Add minced garlic in the last minute for extra flavor.
Remove chicken and slice. - Make Alfredo sauce
In the same pan, melt butter.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes. - Combine
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well.
Add a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for a silky texture.
Return sliced chicken to the pan and mix gently. - Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan.
Serve hot and enjoy!

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.
Don’t overcook the chicken to keep it juicy.
