🥩 Garlic Butter Pan-Seared Beef
🛒 Ingredients:
2 beef steaks (or fresh minced beef patties)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp paprika
Optional: fresh parsley or thyme
👨🍳 Instructions:
Prep the meat
Pat the beef dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat the pan
Add olive oil to a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the beef
Sear steaks for 3–5 minutes per side (depending on thickness).
For patties: cook until fully done (no pink inside).
Add flavor
Lower heat, add butter and garlic.
Spoon the melted garlic butter over the meat for 1–2 minutes.
Finish
Sprinkle with parsley or thyme and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
