1.5โ€“2 kg pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1 cup BBQ sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for deeper flavor)
1 tbsp honey (optional for extra stickiness)

  1. Prep the ribs
    Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs (makes them more tender).
    Cut into sections if needed to fit your slow cooker.
  2. Make the rub

  3. Add to slow cooker
    Place ribs inside (you can stack them).
