๐ Slow Cooker Sticky BBQ Ribs

1.5โ2 kg pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)
1 cup BBQ sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, for deeper flavor)
1 tbsp honey (optional for extra stickiness)
๐จโ๐ณ Instructions
- Prep the ribs
Remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs (makes them more tender).
Cut into sections if needed to fit your slow cooker. - Make the rub
Mix paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic.
Rub it all over the ribs. - Add to slow cooker
Place ribs inside (you can stack them).
Pour BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and honey over the top. - Cook
Low: 6โ8 hours
OR
High: 3โ4 hours
Ribs should be very tender when done. - Optional (but recommended ๐ฅ)
Transfer ribs to a baking tray.
Brush with extra sauce.
Broil in oven for 5โ7 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy.

Add a splash of apple cider vinegar for a tangy kick.
Serve with fries, rice, or a simple salad.
