🥩 Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder (optional, for heat)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste (or ketchup)
½ cup (120 ml) water
For assembling:
4–6 large tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Lettuce (shredded)
Tomato (diced)
Sauce (mayonnaise, yogurt sauce, or ketchup)
🍳 Instructions:
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add ground beef and cook until browned.
Season it
Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well, then stir in tomato paste and water.
Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick and flavorful.
Warm the tortillas
Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for a few seconds.
Assemble wraps
Place beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and your favorite sauce.
Wrap & serve
Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and serve warm.
Optional: Toast the wraps in a pan for extra crispiness 🔥
