🌯 Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef
🛒 Ingredients:
500 g ground beef
4–6 large flour tortillas
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 bell pepper (chopped, optional)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional toppings:
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Mayonnaise or sour cream
Hot sauce
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until soft.
Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground beef
Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
Break it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
Season
Add paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Mix well, then add tomato sauce/ketchup.
Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
Add veggies (optional)
Toss in chopped bell peppers and cook 2–3 minutes.
Assemble wraps
Warm tortillas slightly.
Add beef mixture in the center.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Fold & toast (optional but recommended)
Fold into wraps or pockets.
Toast in a pan for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
😋 Tips:
Add chili flakes if you like it spicy
You can swap beef for chicken or tuna
Great with fries or a fresh salad on the side
