🥚 Ingredients (3 items)
3 large eggs (separated)
3 tablespoons cream cheese (softened)
¼ teaspoon cream of tartar (optional, helps it fluff up)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C (300°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Separate eggs
Put egg whites in one bowl
Egg yolks in another
Mix yolks + cream cheese
Blend until smooth and creamy
Whip egg whites
Add cream of tartar
Beat until stiff peaks form (very fluffy)
Fold gently
Slowly combine egg whites into yolk mixture
Don’t overmix—keep it airy
Shape
Spoon into small round “bread” shapes on tray
Bake
25–30 minutes until golden
