π₯ Creamy Chicken Bacon Ranch Salad
π§Ύ Ingredients (Serves 2β4)
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
4 strips bacon (cooked & crumbled)
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1/4 cup red onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups chopped lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
π₯ Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or to taste)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, tomatoes, onion, cheese, and lettuce.
In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until smooth.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
Chill for 15β20 minutes (optional, but makes it even better).
