Creamy Chicken Bake (rich, comforting, super easy)
🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 can (300–400g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: chopped parsley or green onions (for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish and place the chicken inside.
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
sour cream
mayo
garlic powder
onion powder
salt & pepper
Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then garnish and serve.
