🥤 Homemade Pink Salt “Mounjaro” Drink
🧾 Ingredients
1 glass warm water (250 ml)
1 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Warm the water (not boiling).
Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
Stir in the pink salt until dissolved.
Add honey and cinnamon if using.
Mix well and drink immediately.
⏰ How to Use
Drink once daily in the morning on an empty stomach
Or before meals to help with appetite control
⚠️ Important Notes
This is NOT a replacement for Mounjaro
Effects are mild (hydration, digestion support) — not medical weight-loss treatment
Avoid if you have stomach issues, acid reflux, or high blood pressure (because of salt & vinegar)
💡 Tips
Use a straw to protect your teeth (lemon + vinegar are acidic)
Don’t overuse — 1 glass per day is enough
