🌿 Turmeric Ginger Immunity Drink
📝 Ingredients
1 cup hot water
½ tsp turmeric powder (or 1 tsp fresh grated turmeric)
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp raw honey (or to taste)

Heat the water until hot (not boiling if possible).
Add turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon.
Stir well and let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain if using fresh ginger/turmeric (optional).
Add lemon juice.
Let it cool slightly, then stir in raw honey.
