🍗 One-Pan Creamy Chicken & Rice Bake
🧾 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or use 2 chicken)
1 ½ cups chicken broth
1 packet onion soup mix
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: ½ cup shredded cheese or chopped parsley
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish (or use a large oven-safe pan).
Spread the uncooked rice evenly in the bottom.
In a bowl, mix:
Cream of chicken soup
Cream of mushroom soup
Chicken broth
Pour the mixture over the rice.
Place chicken breasts on top.
Sprinkle onion soup mix evenly over everything.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 1 hour 15 minutes.
Remove foil, optionally add cheese, and bake another 10–15 minutes until golden.
