๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients (1 mixture)
2 cups uncooked rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (400g) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
2 chicken breasts (raw)
1 cup milk or cream
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Optional: carrots, peas, or corn

Add everything to the slow cooker
Pour in the rice, broth, soup, milk, onion, garlic, and seasoning. Mix well.
Place chicken on top
Lay the raw chicken breasts over the mixture.
Cook
Low: 6โ€“7 hours
High: 3โ€“4 hours
Shred & mix
Once cooked, shred the chicken with forks and stir it back into the creamy rice.
Serve hot
Optional: sprinkle parsley or cheese on top.
