🐣 Easter Dirt Cake Casserole (Fun, Creamy, No-Bake Dessert)
🛒 Ingredients
1 package (about 36) chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
115 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (50 g) butter, softened
1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
2 cups (480 ml) milk
1 package (100–120 g) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 tub (225 g) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
Easter toppings: mini chocolate eggs, gummy worms, pastel sprinkles
👩🍳 Instructions
Crush the cookies
Place cookies in a bag and crush them into fine crumbs (or use a food processor). Set aside.
Make the cream layer
In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Prepare pudding
In another bowl, whisk milk and chocolate pudding mix until thick (about 2 minutes).
Combine fillings
Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped topping until fluffy.
Layer the casserole
Spread half of the crushed cookies on the bottom of a dish
Add the creamy pudding mixture on top
Finish with the remaining cookie crumbs
Decorate for Easter 🐰
Add mini eggs, gummy worms, or pastel candies on top for a festive look.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours (or overnight) before serving.
