2 cups rolled oats
1 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/2 cup honey (or maple syrup)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mix wet ingredients
In a saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter and honey. Stir until smooth and melted.
Add flavor
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Combine with oats
Add rolled oats and mix well until everything is coated.
Press into pan
Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly.
Add chocolate
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press them in.
Chill
Refrigerate for 1โ€“2 hours until firm.
