Easy No-Knead, No-Egg, No-Butter Bread

🍞 Easy No-Knead, No-Egg, No-Butter Bread
🧾 Ingredients
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon dry yeast (instant or active dry)
1½ cups (360ml) warm water
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Mix everything
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and mix with a spoon until a sticky dough forms (no kneading needed!).
Let it rise
Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap.
Let it sit at room temperature for 8–12 hours (overnight is perfect).
The dough will become bubbly and doubled in size.
Shape lightly
Sprinkle a little flour on the surface.
Gently shape the dough into a ball (don’t knead—just fold it a few times).
Second rest
Let it rest for 30–60 minutes while your oven heats.
Bake
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
If you have a pot/Dutch oven, heat it inside the oven first.
Place dough inside (careful, it’s hot), cover, and bake:
30 minutes covered
10–15 minutes uncovered (for a crispy crust)
✅ Tips for Success
Dough should be sticky, not dry.
Longer rise = better flavor.
No Dutch oven? Bake on a tray and place a small pan of water in the oven for steam.
🍽️ What You Get
Crispy crust outside
Soft, airy inside
Tastes like bakery bread with almost zero effort
