🛒 Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, sliced
2 zucchinis, chopped
2 potatoes, diced
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped (or 1 cup canned tomatoes)
1 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
6 cups water or vegetable broth
1 teaspoon turmeric (optional, for anti-inflammatory benefits)
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Sauté base:
Heat olive oil in a large pot. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant.
Add vegetables:
