🛒 Ingredients
2 cups uncooked white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 can (300g) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 cup milk
4–6 chicken thighs or breasts
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter
Optional: 1 cup frozen peas or carrots

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare the base:
In a large baking dish, mix:
Rice
Chicken broth
Cream soup
Milk
Onion & garlic
Seasonings
Add chicken:
Place chicken pieces on top of the rice mixture. Season them with extra salt, pepper, and paprika.
Dot with butter on top for extra flavor.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until chicken is golden and rice is tender.
