🍰 Heavenly No-Bake Chocolate Éclair Dessert
🛒 Ingredients
2 packs (about 200g each) graham crackers (or tea biscuits)
2 cups (480 ml) cold milk
1 box (about 100–120g) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (or 1 tub whipped topping)
1½ cups (about 250g) chocolate frosting
👩🍳 Instructions
Make the filling
In a bowl, whisk milk + vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thick.
Gently fold in whipped cream (or whipped topping).
Layer it
In a dish, place a layer of crackers.
Spread half of the pudding mixture.
Add another layer of crackers.
Spread remaining pudding.
Finish with a final layer of crackers.
Add the chocolate topping
Slightly warm the chocolate frosting (10–15 seconds in microwave) so it spreads easily.
Pour and spread over the top.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
