🌸 Spring Wallet Saver Slow Cooker Chicken
🛒 Ingredients (5 total)
4–6 chicken thighs (or drumsticks)
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3–4 medium potatoes, chopped
2 cups carrots (baby carrots or sliced)
👩🍳 Instructions
Layer the veggies
Place chopped potatoes and carrots at the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add the chicken
Put the chicken pieces on top of the vegetables.
Mix the sauce
In a bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup with the onion soup mix.
Pour & coat
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
Cook low and slow
Cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or
HIGH for 3–4 hours
🍽️ Tips
If you want a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes.
Add a handful of peas at the end for a spring touch.
Serve with bread to soak up the creamy sauce.
