Cheesy Sliders Recipe
Ingredients:
12 slider buns (or small dinner rolls)
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
Optional: pickles, ketchup, or mustard
Instructions:
Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C).
Cook beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season: Stir in the ranch seasoning mix. Mix well.
Assemble sliders: Slice the buns in half horizontally. Place the beef mixture on the bottom half of the buns. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake: Put the sliders on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese melts and buns are slightly toasted.
Serve: Add pickles or condiments if desired, then cover with the top bun. Serve warm.
