🥐 Cheesy Steak Crescent Rolls
🧾 Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
250–300 g beef steak (thinly sliced or small pieces)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or provolone works best)
1 small onion (optional, sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
For dipping sauce (optional):
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook the filling:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add onions (if using) and cook until soft.
Add steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook until browned. Remove from heat.
Prepare dough:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
Fill & roll:
Add a spoon of cooked steak to each triangle.
Top with cheese.
Roll up from the wide end to the tip.
Bake:
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Make sauce (optional):
Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and garlic powder.

Add mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor.
Brush tops with melted butter before baking for a golden finish.
Serve warm for best cheesy texture!
