π€ Creamy Garlic Butter Shrimp (15-Minute Recipe)
π§Ύ Ingredients:
500g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Optional: chili flakes (for a little heat)
π©βπ³ Instructions:
Cook the shrimp
Heat olive oil + 1 tablespoon butter in a pan over medium-high heat
Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and paprika
Cook 1β2 minutes per side until pink
Remove and set aside
Make the sauce
In the same pan, melt remaining butter
Add garlic and sautΓ© for about 30 seconds (donβt burn it)
Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer
Add cheese
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy
Combine
Return shrimp to the pan and coat in sauce
Simmer for 2β3 minutes
Serve
Sprinkle with parsley (and chili flakes if using)
Serve immediately
