🧾 Ingredients
For the cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz) box strawberry gelatin
1 cup crushed pineapple (with juice)
4 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup water
½ cup chopped fresh strawberries
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2–3 tbsp pineapple juice (from the can)
½ tsp vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and flour a loaf pan or bundt pan.
Mix batter:
In a large bowl, combine:
cake mix
strawberry gelatin
eggs
oil
water
crushed pineapple (with juice)
Beat until smooth (about 2–3 minutes).
Add strawberries:
Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
Bake:
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool:
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then remove and cool completely.
🍯 Make the Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, pineapple juice, and vanilla until smooth.
Drizzle over cooled cake.
💡 Tips
For extra flavor, add a few tablespoons of strawberry syrup to the glaze.
You can use frozen strawberries (thawed and drained) if fresh aren’t available.
