π§Ύ Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Β½ tsp baking soda
ΒΌ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but π₯)

Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
Combine
Pour wet into dry and gently mix.
π Donβt overmix! A few lumps = soft fluffy pancakes.
Cook
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat
Lightly grease it
Pour ~ΒΌ cup batter per pancake
Flip
When bubbles form on top (about 2β3 mins), flip and cook another 1β2 mins.

Let the batter rest 5β10 minutes = extra fluffy
Add chocolate chips, banana slices, or blueberries for upgrades
