Condensed Milk Bread recipe that’s soft enough

Condensed Milk Bread recipe that’s soft enough to pull apart and irresistible! 😍🍞
Ingredients
3 cups (360 g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tsp instant yeast
1/2 cup (120 ml) warm milk
1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (120 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 large egg
Instructions
Activate the yeast
In a small bowl, mix warm milk with sugar and yeast. Let it sit 5–10 minutes until it’s frothy.
Mix the dough
In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, condensed milk, butter, and egg. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Knead
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. You can use a stand mixer with a dough hook or do it by hand.
First rise
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, until doubled in size.
Shape the bread
Punch down the dough. Divide it into 8–10 equal pieces, shape into balls, and place them in a greased loaf pan or baking dish.
Second rise
Cover and let the shaped dough rise again for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Bake
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the top with a little milk or egg wash for shine. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool & Enjoy
Let the bread cool slightly before pulling apart. It’s perfect plain or with a little butter!
