🧀 Creamy Cheesy Chicken Bake (Irresistible!)
🛒 Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (cut into chunks)
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli works great)
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Optional: mushrooms or spinach
👨🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Cook chicken:
Heat olive oil in a pan
Add chicken, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika
Cook until lightly golden (not fully cooked)
Make creamy mix:
Add cream + seasoning to the chicken
Let it simmer 2–3 minutes
Combine:
Mix cooked pasta with the creamy chicken
Bake:
Pour everything into a baking dish
Top with mozzarella + cheddar
Bake for 20–25 minutes
Until bubbly and golden on top
