🥔 Slow Cooker Creamy Ranch Potatoes
🛒 Ingredients (3 total!)
5–6 russet potatoes (unpeeled, thinly sliced)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1½ cups heavy cream (or substitute with milk for lighter version)
👩🍳 Instructions
Prep the potatoes
Wash well and slice thinly (leave the skins on for texture and flavor).
Layer in slow cooker
Add a layer of potatoes, sprinkle some ranch seasoning, then repeat until everything is used.
Add cream
Pour the heavy cream evenly over the potatoes.
Cook
LOW for 6–7 hours
or HIGH for 3–4 hours
Until potatoes are tender and creamy.
Optional (but amazing)
If you have it, sprinkle cheese on top during the last 20 minutes.
