🥄 Ingredients
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
200 g (about 1 block) cream cheese, softened
1 packet ranch seasoning (or 1 tbsp homemade mix)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
2–3 green onions, chopped
Salt & pepper (to taste)
🔥 Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Prepare chicken
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add cream cheese mixture
Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top.
Top it off
Add shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is fully cooked.
Finish
Sprinkle green onions on top before serving.
🍽️ Tips (this is what makes it addictive)
Serve over rice, pasta, or even bread to soak up the sauce
You can shred the chicken after baking and mix everything together
Add a little garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor
