🥦 Air-Fried Crispy Cauliflower (Low-Carb)
🧾 Ingredients:
1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional but 🔥)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika (smoked if you have it)
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: pinch of chili flakes (for heat)
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Prep the cauliflower
Wash and dry well (very important for crispiness!). Cut into small florets.
Season
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, then add all spices + Parmesan. Mix until evenly coated.
Air fry
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F)
Arrange florets in a single layer (don’t overcrowd!)
Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through
Make it extra crispy (optional)
Air fry 2–3 extra minutes at the end for that “tater tot” crunch.

Garlic yogurt sauce
Spicy mayo (mayo + chili sauce)
Ranch dressing
🔥 Pro Tips:
Smaller florets = crispier results
Don’t skip drying the cauliflower
Add a little cornstarch (1 tbsp) if you want EXTRA crunch (still pretty low-carb)
