🧡 Golden Honey Butter Ranch Chicken Bake
📝 Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 28g)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
3 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic (minced)
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (optional but delicious)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven
Set your oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Make the honey butter ranch sauce
In a bowl, mix:
Melted butter
Honey
Ranch seasoning
Garlic
Paprika
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Prepare the chicken
Place chicken in the baking dish
Season lightly with salt and pepper
Coat the chicken
Pour the honey butter ranch sauce over the chicken, making sure it’s fully coated.
Bake
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes
Halfway through, spoon some sauce from the dish over the chicken (keeps it juicy!)
Add cheese (optional)
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 5 minutes until melted and bubbly.
Finish & serve
Garnish with fresh parsley
Serve hot with rice, potatoes, or veggies
