Ingredients (makes about 12 bites)
12 large green olives (pitted)
12 mini mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite melting cheese)
Optional: a pinch of paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Assemble bites:
Stuff each olive with a mini mozzarella ball.
Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Top with cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheddar over each stuffed olive. Add paprika or garlic powder if using.
Bake: 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
Cool slightly and serve warm.

Use toothpicks to keep them together while baking if needed.
