🌿 Herbal Detox Drink (Parsley & Lemon)
🥄 Ingredients:
1 handful fresh parsley
1 lemon (juice)
1–2 cups water
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Optional: small piece of fresh ginger
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Wash the parsley very well.
Chop it roughly.
Add parsley and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a lighter drink (optional).
Add fresh lemon juice.
Mix in honey or ginger if you like the taste.
🥤 How to use:
Drink 1 glass in the morning on an empty stomach
Use for 3–5 days, then take a break
⚠️ Important:
Your liver and kidneys already detox your body naturally
This drink just supports hydration and digestion
Don’t overdo it—too much parsley isn’t recommended for everyone (especially if pregnant or with kidney issues)
