🧾 Ingredients:
3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon dry yeast
1½ cups (360 ml) warm water

Mix the dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and mix with a spoon until you get a sticky dough. No kneading needed!
Let it rise
Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap. Let it sit at room temperature for 8–12 hours (overnight is perfect). The dough will become bubbly and soft.
Shape the dough
Lightly flour your surface, place the dough on it, and gently shape into a ball. Don’t overwork it.
Second rest
Let the dough rest for 30–60 minutes while you preheat the oven.
Preheat oven & pot
Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Place a covered oven-safe pot (like a Dutch oven) inside while heating.
Bake
Carefully place the dough into the hot pot. Cover and bake:
30 minutes covered
10–15 minutes uncovered (for a golden crust)
Cool & enjoy
Let the bread cool before slicing (if you can wait 😄).

If you don’t have a Dutch oven, use a baking tray and place a small pan of water in the oven for steam
