🍰 Melt-in-Your-Mouth Butter Cake

1 cup (225g) butter, softened
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease a small baking dish or loaf pan.
In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Stir in vanilla extract.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 35–45 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
