π Ingredients
1 piece pickled pork (about 1β1.5 kg)
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
2 tablespoons honey

Prep the pork
Rinse the pickled pork under cold water to remove excess salt, then pat dry.
Make the glaze
Mix the wholegrain mustard and honey together until well combined.
Coat the pork
Rub the mixture all over the pork, making sure itβs evenly covered.
Slow cook
Place the pork in the slow cooker (no liquid needed).
Cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Serve
Remove and let it rest for a few minutes, then carveβit should be super tender and juicy.

Add sliced onions or garlic underneath for extra flavor.
If you want a sticky finish, pop it under a grill (broiler) for 5β10 minutes after cooking.
